What is LendingMax Affiliate Program?
The LendingMax Affiliate Program compensates affiliates referring clients that fill out a mortgage application and have that application convert to a closed mortgage.
We pay Affiliates who refer clients via buttons/banners on their website or use their Affiliate login on our website.
In order to be compensated, the mortgage application must be converted to a closed mortgage.
Who can participate?
If your website caters to a Canadian audience then you are eligible to participate in our Affiliate program.
The only exclusion is adult websites. The biggest beneficiary of the program are websites that cater specifically to real estate,
although unrelated sites have also seen some excellent results.
Don't have a website? No problem, you can also refer clients using your own Affiliate account.
Login to your Affiliate account, fill in the application, have the mortgage close and you get paid.. Use our website as your own portal!
As a licensed Real Estate Professional, am I obligated to disclose my affiliation?
We have discussed this issue with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and they have indicated that if you are personally referring
a client to us, you MUST disclose that you will be receiving an affiliate fee for referring them to us.
However, "web surfers" clicking on our link from your page IS NOT considered to be a "client"
per say, and as such, disclosure is not required.
Example: If you have just sold a home and have directly instructed a client to click on the LendingMax affiliate link
from your website, you are required to disclose that you will be receiving an affiliate fee.
If you are not personally instructing a client to click on the link, disclosure IS NOT required.

When you have found them a house, simply let us know and we'll take care of the rest. The benefit of a pre-approval is that it increases purchaser loyalty.
Each and every time someone clicks on your Affiliate banner or button, you have the opportunity to make money, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If someone visits our site which was referred to us by you anytime within 1 year, you will be compensated for the mortgage.
We pay for any mortgage that closes, whether it's for a purchase, refinance or renewal.
What do I get for a competed referral?
LendingMax will pay a referral fee of $100 for each and every mortgage that closes and was referred to our site via links/banners from your site. Referrals are also paid to Affiliates who simply login to their affiliate account on our website, fill in an application, have the application approved, and a mortgage closed.
When do I get Paid?
Payment for a closed mortgage is made within 10 days of mortgage being funded. We pay on time and every time.
What does it cost to join?
Absolutely nothing. Getting started is as easy as filling out a 2 minute application.
Can I track my earnings?
Yes, once you join our Affiliate program, you will be given access to a real time stats and earnings page. In addition, each time an application is generated from your website, you will be informed via email.
